What To Expect Whether you are calling on behalf of a loved one or yourself, all of your questions will be held with strict confidentiality. After the initial telephone assessment of the drug abuse or eating disorder, a level of care will be recommended and you or your loved one will visit us onsite for a more in-depth physical and psychological screening and assessment by our doctors to ensure you or your family member receives the proper level of care. After this "in person" screening, the man or woman who is in need of help to quit drinking or abusing drugs, or treat their eating disorder will be taken to their comfortable and private residence, shown around the living quarters, and will soon be participating in a therapy session, workshop, or 12-step meeting. The person who is treatment in one of our addiction treatment centers will be given a detailed and personalized schedule and will be fully instructed on how to proceed in their recovery. At this point, the family members can rest assured knowing their loved one is in a safe and caring environment receiving the most effective addiction or eating disorder treatment available.
